*Waterpark tickets don’t have to be used the same day as ropes course and ziplines. They can be used any day of current season.
Park Hopper Passes cannot be combined with any other discounts.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

    • Be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled VL tour time to allow for harnessing & ground school. Tours start at their scheduled time & we will not wait for late arrivals.

    • For VL adventures, must be wearing closed-toed, snug-fitting shoes, comfortable clothing, & long hair must be pulled back into a bun or ponytail.

    • No refunds & no exceptions within 48 hours of tour time.

    • Waterpark tickets don't have to be used same day as ropes course and zip lines. You can use passes to both parks in the same day or maximize your time and visit on different days during our season!

    • Each park pass expires when we close the summer season on September 7th, 2026 and no refunds given for any unused portion of your purchase. Please review cancellation policies and FAQ's at mustangwaterpark.com and vistalagoadventurepark.com.

    • Zip Line Weight Restrictions: 60 lb. minimum, 250 lb. maximum.

    • For the Ropes Course, you must be able to reach a height of 5 feet with the palm of your hand. Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
